Haven't gotten serious about looking yet, but we haven't found any homes for sale for under $180,000! Considering we have a nice 4 bedroom here that we got for $69,000, I'm kinda scared! Plus we're in a dead market...could be a bit till we sell this one! Wanna trade? Oh wait...then I'd have no one to ride with...

i agree 100% on keeping the trails natural and sick. there are so many amazing pirate trails that i'm pushing to get open.. so that we can legally maintain them. you could ride them all day and still probably not hit all of them. and there are some good dh trails on the back side as well. two that i know about.. reallly fun
